Biographical Record
Jagama Kello was born on January 27, 2021, in Ginchi. When Italian troops occupied Addis Ababa in 1936, the fifteen-year-old Jagama fled to the forests with an ancient rifle, rallying youth to form an unconquerable Arbegnoch resistance unit.
Known by his battle-horse name 'Bula', Jagama outmaneuvered Italian armored cars, captured artillery, and ambushed fascist garrisons across western Shewa for five years. Following the liberation, he was commissioned into the imperial armed forces, rising to Lieutenant General and serving as commander of the Air Force and military advisor until his peaceful death at 96.
